All yoga lessons and classes took place on the roof in the Yoga-Shala, with a marvellous view. In the asana classes we received from our dear teachers Arshita and Shivansh Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga or Hatha Yoga and later theory lessons with detailed informations about yoga philosophy, yoga alignment, mantras and anatomy. In the afternoon, a highlight for me was the class for aerial yoga by our dear teacher Arshita. Also the food was amazing! We also did a lot of excursions: Beach-Yoga in the morning, Beach-Meditation at sunset, excursions to meditate at a large lake, to a small temple or on a hill at sunset.
